Watch Our Caterpillars - LIVE!

Most of our caterpillars have formed chrysalises (or chrysalides!) and we have started moving them from their cup habitats to their cage. We have also started streaming our chrysalises LIVE from right inside the cage! Once in a while you can see the chrysalises shake, that is part of their process. Soon, some will start emerging as butterflies. This usually takes place when there is no one in the room so we are really excited that we will be able to watch them. You can watch too on our Butterflies page.

You have done a super job of recording your learning about the caterpillars! I wonder when they will emerge? We are watching for butterflies on the internet, too! Most of ours are already coming out when we are at home, but we can still see them, just like you.
I wonder when your butterflies will start to emerge?
